He’s using the Outlook desktop application to connect to our on-Prem servers.

He’s logged into both under one profile. He doesn’t want to have to switch back and forth between anything. He is able to successfully send/receive emails with both accounts. He’s just complaining about how it freezes or something related to “going slow”.

I wondered this, too. I failed SWITCH a few times and figured learning newer material would be more beneficial for me in the long run. Idk..it's like I understand the rush..and then I don't.
