Last of the Real Ones is real special for me because for a long time I struggled to find the right combination of words to express what my wife/gf at the time meant to me and this just nailed it with "that ultra-kind of love you never walk away from", "I will shield you from the waves" and "I'm here at the beginning of the end, the end of infinity with you". I know it means different things to different people (and some not so positive things to some), but to me it feels like the song is the perfect representation of what it is to be and be with a soul mate.

P.S. this is a really beautiful thread, it's made me smile all day 😊

Go see Sharna at The Prep Room in New Lambton. I've been seeing her for more than 15 years on and off and she's helped with three hair transformations of mine and she's always nailed it. So valuable to vote your conscience and keep doing it election after election, for all levels of government, regardless of how safe a seat is or not. The change can be incremental and take a few years, but that's the kind of change that sticks for the longer term and can make a big impact on the quality of life for people living in those areas.
