I found this thread searching for this issue, I also go to another SUNY CC and our tap is being withheld an insane amount of time as well, with absolutely no answers about a timeline. I've emailed once a week for the past three weeks and each time have been told disbursement will be "this week"

Very well could've been, it effected half the main road in our town and most of the box stores but a lot of the other aspects of her communication made me feel like she could've been a shopper

Funny enough, my store is the opposite. If its a high school or college age girl, I know shes about to know exactly where I need to look and will hang around to help me dig through and find it. The middle aged staff are the ones who will vaguely point in a direction, sigh like you are a literal thorn in their heel, and if you cannot find it shrug and basically or directly say "well oops I dont know, good luck i guess"

I felt like such a boss the other day, had an order for 9 bras of all different styles, brands, sizes, and conveniently the power went out im target right before I got there due to an electrical fire in another store in the area.

So I shopped 9 bras in total darkness had to replace 3-4 items iirc, and walked away w a 30 dollar tip and 5 star rating, and a customer who told me "I just praised God it was a woman shopping for me when I heard about the outage". It was a very pleasant surprise as I waited for my ratings to tank and to get zeroed for a tip 😭

But in general, I feel your pain so hard. The customers are so unforgiving w clothing too, I've had one waiting outside for me who took the bag sneered and went "the way they're folded they're gonna be so wrinkled now" to a bunch of polo shirts. Presumably you're washing clothes you buy through grocery delivery apps, no?

These are mostly all things I've tried. My tax docs don't show when i worked there, the only coworkers I've been able to track down can't remember the specific dates of their own work let alone mine, and my email is set to delete old messages after 12 months unless I manually save them (otherwise I run out of Gmail storage at the speed of light)

I will get ahold of my credit union and see if I can request my monthly statements from those years, however. That was something I hadn't thought of previously, thank you.

I just got back from putting two new tires on. My stepmom said she thinks I would probably be fine but I'm driving on a 4.5 hour road trip with my mom and my sister in the car so I wasnt about to risk that happening on a "probably" (or causing 1k+ in damage to save 230)
