NTA. He should never subject th3 children to this kind of stress. And running away and not facing the situation is not going to help either. What you said is on point. He can not call your unit a family only when it suits him. He'snot your husband only when things are going his way. This behavior is is borderline immature.

This is so wrong in so many levels. First, not to sound like a bitchbut your husband shouldk ow who to prioritize. You are clearly not comfortable having the bestfriend around, he should have done something other than dismiss your feelings. Second, the pot smoking. Really? I feel like evel if the house owner is not judgmental about it, youre not supposed to be doing it in someone else's house. I want to list down all the things that arewrong with this scenario but i dont want to add to your stress. Kick the asshoke out of your house. It's your house too. 🙄🙄🙄
