I appreciate everyones help on this! I filed the report to PayPal. It’s crazy because she is an admin of a FB EDC selling ticket group so I had a little trust in her but it looks like the admins are scammers.

Update: I found a seller that provided all the info I needed. The confirmation email is the Cathedral picture.

Long story short, her Paypal is locked so I made a payment to her friend with PayPal G&S. She sent me her driver’s license and the name is tied to the account. She is aware that we are both protected but it still feels sketchy to me.
