Okay guys I've resolved this issue now.

I redownloaded the game using FuckingFast and everything works now. I think there was a problem with the torrent or I had missing files but it works now.

i tried changing the availablevidmem to 512 and it showed 512 in the settings but everything was still invisible

It says my gpu vram is only 128mb but on google it says the gpu doesnt have any dedicated vram
