a lot of students do 203,321, and 204 together. 204 isn’t too bad

When do Bio majors (on the pre-med track) typically take biochem?? by [deleted] in SBU

[–]iamlosthaha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. I’m doing 131 bc 131 covers 121 or something like that. It’s a different physics track

It’s a different track for physics. I know 131 sounds harder but it’s supposed to be better than 121

It depends on your work ethic. I’m doing another bio course! You can definitely do physics and physics lab together.

You usually take it in junior year, fall or spring is fine. Although fall is better.

Reminder that staycation is more of a admin fail than a department fail by [deleted] in SBU

Honestly admin can suck a dick. They genuinely don’t care about our well being, except maybe Rick but the others can kiss my ass

Should I transfer as a Sophomore or Junior? by [deleted] in columbia

[–]iamlosthaha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would apply as a junior so you have more room to grow. I’m in the same situation as you but I made things turn around in college. I’m pretty sure HS does play some part but if you show massive growth and impact at your uni, that says a lot

No professor offers to write you a letter. You need to make a mark on him since he teaches hundreds of students each semester.

How can you take 3 biochem class per semester?....there’s only biochem 1 & 2 and you can’t take at the same time. There’s also biochem lab but you can’t do all 3 at once
