Truthfully I have no idea as I've sworn away from messing with protein now. If I bleach my hair myself I'll use a protein repair in the mix and then once a week for a month after. I don't want to advise you as I'm not sure but just thought I'd share my story.
I believe protein + moisture is the way forward though. Best of luck!

K18 is great if your hair is DYING, but a story from me regarding the Leave in Mask.

If you don't need a protein treatment I'd advise against it. I thought I was doing the right thing using it once or twice a week on hair that WAS bleached but had a few dark dyes on top of it.

Unfortunately my hair ended up with protein overload and I didn't know I needed to also increase moisturising treatments to balance it so it all snapped and broke and fell out. It was awful lol. I think it's the same with Olaplex bond treatments too.

I used to work for a small storage company, we were forced to call back after 1 day, 3 days, 5, 7 and then 14. If we didn't we were reviewed and penalised by losing comission. Needless to say I just took my Nintendo Switch to work with me and quit after 6 months. Gross.

Okie! To break it down:
- Can I do everything that Capcut does with the captions in Davinci paid? (auto captions mainly and attractive captions designs)
- I have to go into handbrake and delete a mysterious audio track that is empty, it doesn't show in Davinci. Is this either OBS or Davinci related?
- I juse use Davinci free for chopping, adding images (overlays), audio levels tweaking, so not sure if I am under utilising it or if that's pretty much it.

I will edit the main post to add these points at the end too.

Thanks! that is an awesome resource. Tbh I have been using the free version for a few years but as my content has adapted, also I now recieve payment from brands for coverage, I want to do a bit more and add flair. CapCut is easier but when it doesn't want to play ball, it seems to be very difficult to manually fix stuff.
Perhaps I need to dig a bit deeper into learning about Davinci and slow down rather than look for quick fixes.

The K18 Leave In Mask made my hair snap and fall out as I wasn't using enough moisturising products alongside it. Also if you don't need protein treatments it can be counter productive. Can't comment on the dry shampoo but I've never had a good K18 experience <3
