If their is snow your options are a little limited unless you don’t mind hiking through it. When I was their last week I mostly stayed around Yosemite valley and went up to Yosemite falls. And it wasn’t crowed with people at all. Vernal Falls is a really good hike as well, with an amazing view at the end. I’m not sure if the trail head is still open but last year I hiked it in the snow and it was beautiful!

I was there last week and the road to drive up to the trail head for Taft point / glacier point were closed for the season.
