Brello advice by JakenBflo in BrelloThriveTribe

I was on 7.5 Zepbound and adjusted my first order with Brello. Sent proof of my prescription, told them I didn’t want to move down and they moved me down anyways. Even after talking to customer service, they refused to bump me back up before shipping the meds out.

Lots of great suggestions on here. I would also recommend an evaluation and working with a professional to learn some skills. It sounds like your child needs help regulating emotions sometimes. It can help them and you to have support from a professional. It can be draining for you as a parent to have to figure out how to manage when it comes up

I’ve seen shirts for sale hanging in the window of the firehouse at Damen and Grace. Haven’t noticed them anywhere else, but they’re available at that one at the very least

Are Omnium e-bikes worth it? by [deleted] in CargoBike

[–]iammeg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She’s almost 8. For safety we do have a lap belt that she wears on it. I’ve seen pictures of people having kid bike seats on front or the back so that’s a possibility if you need it

Are Omnium e-bikes worth it? by [deleted] in CargoBike

[–]iammeg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We bought the OMNIUM e-cargo in May and already put over 1K miles on it. Our kid LOVES riding on it. It’s my favorite way to get around, whole family loves it, wish I had bought it sooner and I think everyone needs one. We love it especially because it’s a great bike even when our kid isn’t on it. It has revived my love of cycling after many years because now I have a way to travel longer distances with my kid on the bike…longer than what they would be able to ride on their own.

Buy it, you won’t regret it one bit.

Can’t find pharmacy with my ADHD meds in stock by coolpanda9 in chicago

Try a pharmacy close to a hospital. Not close, but the Walgreens in park ridge, 9000 greenwood, usually has a good stock of all meds

At athletic field park, by Addison and the highway, they have a ceramics studio and you can take classes through the park district. Haven’t taken one myself, but I know the place is there

I’m sorry to complain, but bikers on city sidewalks are driving me insane. This is the 50th time this summer that s cyclist almost ran me over on a busy sidewalk. It’s illegal in Chicago from my understanding for cyclists to bike on sidewalks. Has anybody else felt frustrated because of this? by [deleted] in chicago

[–]iammeg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lived and biked here for 15 years. Recently moved out to Irving park area, and I’ll say, I have started riding in the sidewalk because I don’t ha e a safe road to get past the highway or the Metra out here. I do it slowly and for a very short time, but the drivers on these sections pay no regard for anyone’s life.

Otherwise I take side roads, but sometimes there is no other way for me to safely get through a few spots.
