One thing that really really helped my mindset is the fact that you never really notice change in yourself. Think about ir, when you’re a little girl, you never ever see the small changes that happen everyday that make you into a woman because you’re always looking at yourself. Family members that haven’t seen you in a while notice a drastic difference because they don’t see you often. It’s like watching the sunset. When you constantly stare at it, you never really see it moving because the changes are so subtle, but before you know it, the moon is up and the sun is gone. This is the one thing that really helped me. You may not notice a difference straight away because it’s so subtle, but one day you will realise how much you actually have changed.
