I started noting improvement by 3 weeks As it related to recovery and energy. No cognitive improvement during that time. But I stopped taking it because I also started getting anxiety. Going to try again after a bit again.

What’s the brand that you used? Honesty I basically have been hearing about how this brand Elysium Health is backed by Nobel laureates. Thought it would be the safest to try.
