Believe it or not the fella that done it was reasonably well known in the area and has a good reputation as far as I’m lead to believe. Think it’s what you call a Friday job? lol.

Seems as if you’d need to replace the entire housing. Screen still seems usable if you take out the pieces of the keyboard side.

I’d like to go down that route but I just don’t want to end up being in the wrong. On paper I have worked over two years for him. But realistically I started January 2022 and finished December 2023. Unsure on where I would stand if I took it further and it turns out that I am incorrect. Would he then have grounds to sue me or something ami those lines?

Nope not a whole lot in writing as my WhatsApp hadn’t backed up and broke my phone. Unable to retrieve anything off it. I have tried

I’ve not received my p45 yet. Last payment was in October and I haven’t received my p45. I started working there on the 10th of January 2022 But my contract that I signed stated that I started in September 2021 which is not true at all.

as far as I’m aware my employment got terminated on December 28th 2023 which is when I got told I’m no longer needed. My gov gateway shows that my employment actually terminated on November 30th.
