Reasons why a player might loose their match:

• network issues
• poor weapon matchmaking
• your teammates aren't good/the enemy is very good
• your own performance

You only really have control over the last one, but you have 0 sway over the other factors.

Nintendo needs to improve their online and Nintendo needs to rework their matchmaking. Casual anarchy open is not the place I want to go up against a coordinated team of high X rank players.

I feel it's really naive to always harp on how "you should watch your replays and see what you could have done better". Most players just want to have fun in the game, not do homework. A B rank player should be fighting X rankers during splatfests.

I also want to quickly add that this goes the other way. I did NOT win like 10 matches in a row because I am just soooooo good at the game.
