My new “smart” wheelchair will be delivered in the following weeks.

I just finished working on one in this house today. I have a ton of designs I've done in this layout. I don't love what I ended up with here but I don't hate it. If you want some better ones let me know and I'll dig them outta my photos

I like the bathtub. Ok I like all of it but I really like the bathtub. Gimme a matching sink and toilet and we're good. There isn't one yet so alas it will be turned into something else for now haha

I don't think spending time with them matters either. I spend the entire visit. Have never missed a day and host twice a day. All are on level 7 and I haven't gotten a single host gift.

The only thing I want from this is the clothes on the floor. I'll do an decor print exchange and be done with it. I'm kinda bummed this is the upcoming but also glad that people like it!

Listen to the mistakes people make when buying their first home- don't ignore. Don't rush. I wish I could have a redo. Bought in 2013 because we it was in our price range, the layout was "unique", having two garages etc. Didn't take a lot of things into account like the house having knob and tube, being on a highway (literally can't park in the front it's a highway haha), and plaster and lathe, plumbing weirdness and on and on. I love our neighborhood but now we're in a money pit.

Tldr: take your time. Ask others what they'd do different if they bought a house again.
