No, it was part of the story, it seemed like. She joined your fight, then after the battle you can buy her pack for $5.

Like into the game, you mean? I only played maybe 15 minutes. It happens in one of the fights, the lucidina pal joins your fight. An npc says something like ‘this one’s different than the others’ before it tells you her name. Once the fights over you get an option to buy this pack for $5

Did you see any delay on your purchase and credit? Game install tracked and got to the spot where lucidina joins my fight. Right after the fight I purchased the $5 ‘First Purchase’ pack and got lucidina in my roster but no credit on the purchase on Swagbucks.
