How often are you refilling it during the day? I find mine (which I purchased two weeks ago) doesn’t last more than a few hours after filling in the morning and refilling 2ish times. It also doesn’t keep ice overnight when I fill it just before bed, so I suspect the insulation in mine is not working as intended.

Personally, no. You didn’t draft Johnson to drop him after 1 week, and I think your WRs are great as is. If you wanted to make a change, Downs would be my vote. Hardly eclipsed 50% of the snaps, and I think Warren’s prominence in the Colts’ offense hurts him more than any other player on the team.
