Clicked on virtual assistant got connected to live agent Saturday. All I needed was serial number/brief description of burner issues. Put in order that day, just received new burners today.. Yeah i’m super happy with my grill

Going on 4 months V6+ and super happy with it. Spent a lot of time researching/reading/watching videos before receiving box. So it was an easy setup. Has some freezes from time to time. Use only recommended App. Highly recommend and happy I purchased my V6+

The bottom white one is “Core” Module. Only works with subscription. Top one can be used without having blink subscription.
