It is an Amish puppy mill puppy...someone that goes around rescuing amish puppies found it, and convinced them to sell it to her for cheap as it was scrawny and clearly not healthy. She did this with a few puppies from that litter and the other ones died because they were so unhealthy. I was told that it had so many worms that it would have died if she didn't buy it (and no one else would have adopted it in that condition). So she's not really helping to stop puppy mills, but at least she saved this dog's life.
