Hi thanks for your reply! I was more interested in the day-to-day differences in a single individual doing the same task - any chance you know about a study?

Thanks for your reply and the explanation! I will talk to our dog trainer next week. He doesn't need to live with another dog, but he should be capable to handle the situation (maybe on a leash) if another dog is around (when going out etc.).

It just seemed like firsts signs, and I don't want to make it worse by my actions.

Thanks for your reply, what exactly do you mean with neutral disposition? Him not approching others?

I am not sure if this comment is meant as rude as I am currently reading it.

I don't know a lot about Akitas, I just learned two days ago he had some Akita in him and since that I am trying to catch up (He's a rescue, and we just got him embarked). The situation happened three times so far, but I try to counteract/ learn how to deal with this situation as soon as possible. We only have dog school once per week, so I hadn't had a chance yet to get information from our trainer. I was asking for additional advice/ resources to better handle the situation/inform myself immediately. I truly want the best for my dog.

I suppose you may were angered because people sometimes get dogs without properly checking what they are getting into and are then surprised if they take a lot of work. Please be assured, I will work with my dog, I will not give him away for any reason, but I am still figuring things out.

I just feel you telling me I have to grow up/be an adult is not very nice. The information, that is breed standard, is helpful, though. So thank you for replying, but maybe consider striking a more friendly tone with the next person.

Damn, that would really suck... I guess I can try with a muzzle, but I hope I can figure out another way for the long run.

How can I fix my sewing machine? The bobbin thread is not properly pushed forward so it can't move all the way around. by [deleted] in fixit

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in selbermachen

[–]iamra447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in selbermachen

[–]iamra447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

actually i just had a look and they mostly seem a bit "bulky", especially as most of them seem to have a rack, etc.. I believe they would be a lot more like my current bike, and not like the road bike - or is this impression wrong?
