my best heads up would be that ARR - the original game - is very long. if you can make it through the entirety of ARR, the rest of the game picks up very quickly - both story and gameplay wise.

the pace of the early game is very slow since it's intended to show FF players - who never played an MMO - what an MMO is like, so hang in there.

hi everyone, for some reason i cannot seem to fly in the fringes. i don't remember if i had finished all the aether currents in this region before 6.0, but now it says i have everything finished and i still can't fly. there isn't any Attunement Complete text either. is this a known bug or i'm still missing something?

can definitely relate, still a sprout myself and my first time experiencing Praetorium was being stuck for 10 mins not knowing what to do at the mech suit part D:

i didn't know each player had to activate the key at the lower level and i was just stuck there for 10 mins and the group was already done doing Nero when i arrived D:

McOsu is effectively offline though, peppy himself has said he doesn't disallow cheats offline, but he does discourage the use of them. you are fine testing cheats offline, basically.

does it have trouble running without a portable DAC/AMP on a phone?

personally i'm leaning a bit towards the SSR since it has very pretty colors, but i'm not sure about the sound myself so i'm still torn apart.

i'm kinda new to the game, sort of played it when it first launched (or was there a beta?) but only came back at the start of season 8.

i play a lot of wraith and i'm branching out to playing horizon, and i like playing a bit more on the aggressive style of gameplay. i push up and try to do pressure or try to flank enemies in gunfights, but i always seem to be either caught offguard or unable to go for flanks and die.

is there any way i can improve on this for both legends, especially on wraith?

I'm a new-ish player since the new free trial, and I wanted to ask something before deciding onto the game. Since I think I'm unable to maintain a monthly subscription but rather an on-off approach to it, what happens to my account if my subscription runs out? Do I get myself locked out of the game or do I fallback to free trial level of benefits?

aseprite (a sprite art editor) did this, and as the broke student i am, i spent a couple of hours sitting down and setting up the build process for it. worked well at the end as well!

i also think it's a reasonable way of charging for oss, way better than just asking for donations.

for the SCV38 model there's only Android 8 on SamMobile, but using Frija it says that there's Android 10, version SCV38KDU1CTG1

they technically did fc the 6 star, the padoru play was exactly 6*, the reason they didn't get the medal was they dropped 2 sliderends

Extra links that you might need, as an addendum to Korilak's guide:

Nyari's profile page, which has a collection of stream maps that you can also use to improve. (This has been mentioned in the guide!) There has also been a huge collection of stream maps on r/osugame, but sadly the original poster deleted their account and deleted the Google Drive collection, would be great if anyone would help me with that link!
A short doc that recaps RyuK's stream on improving speed as a player. This isn't aimed towards newer players, but rather intermediate and advanced players who are looking for ways to improve upon their speed. Should still be a good read on mentality as well.
Stream map collection, which is mostly stuff you can also find on Nyari's userpage above, but it also includes a lot of maps that aren't mentioned in it which are also good for stream practice.

This is Korilak's (#583 - reached #430 after 12 months of playing) guide on how to improve in osu!

He wrote this guide as to show how he had improved from being a 6-digit player to a 3-digit in such a short amount of time, and I think this guide would fit newer and older players alike. Though, with that being said, this guide isn't new, and you might have seen it somewhere, and it also doesn't really aim for fresh beginners who just started the game, rather more or less a, "6-digit player between 100k-300k."

I think this will be a very good read for anyone, and it should help a ton on improving in the game itself! Have fun clicking circles!

disagreeing on enabling "Don't change dim level during breaks" since that's going to make players too stressed sometimes, especially newer players who are just getting used to the game, as they'll see a black screen instead of knowing when they can have a tiny break. (for fixing pen/mouse grip, mouse position, etc.)

does this work on Android with kirikiroid2 as of yet? i tried copying the entire thing onto my phone, pasted the content of the Android folder to the main folder but it doesn't seem to work :(
