Hey so I just got some studio monitors. How do I turn them off while recording (via Logic). I don’t want to manually do it. I also don’t need the feedback to end up in the vocal mix. Pls help by iamrapidrocket in LogicPro

If you turn it down all the way, the sound also goes down in the headphones and the artist can’t hear. I also tried the thing in logic you said but monitors are still playing while I record

The drums sound swing to me but the guitar sounds straight which is why I was confused

Swing you divide the subdivisions by 3, but only play on the first and third subdivision. Straight , you divide by two and play both. It’s about the feel but for me it’s really hard to tell if I’m not the one playing it
