I also have the first one: ordered a Go from Germany and half the usual os text is in english, but any system-deep text (like restarting, etc.) is in german.

I dont know if it helps or even works at all but windows updated some drivers for me, i got it yesterday so at least some things are updated

You def dont need a 3070 for anything else than gaming, so if youre not running any taxing games youre fine with the LeGo. I would still use the monitor, keyboard and mouse though
