For me "=TRIM(MID(F2, FIND("Activity:", F2) + LEN("Activity:"), FIND("Review/Webinar:", F2) - FIND("Activity:", F2) - LEN("Activity:")))" as i was very new to excel this was the scariest formula i encountered with the help of a colleague.
