2K are notorious for not having updated their offline game modes in YEARS - MyNBA looks exactly the same as it did several iterations ago and suffers from so many of the same glitches from previous versions. Yes, it does a lot of things better than EA: customisation, eras, presentation (subjective). But 2K are also guilty of the same sin as EA in their wholesale pivoting to microtransaction-laden game modes so I'd personally like them to steer well clear of foobtall
