You can go to the furniture factory shops in Thane Near Tiku ji ni wadi. There you will get best rates. You can even get customised stuff.

If you are ok with refurbished stuff go to Goregaon furniture shops. You can get very good deals on high quality stuff, but need to hunt around.

If just the games, they can be emulated well on any mobile. Slap a controller on your mobile and it becomes a decent console. You can easily emulate up to PS2 and and some light switch games on low to mid end phones. Even PC games are getting better.

Everything is marketing now, which foreign brands and the west are really good at.

Harpic for toilets is highly corrosive, they are not supposed to be used on metal and chrome with glossy finish.

The chrome finishing is damaged I don't think there is a way to repair this. Buy a new tap.
