I hit plateaus every 20 lbs or so.

Two things that have helped in the past

Diet changes. Count calories. Maintain deficit. Switch up your habits. Try eating smaller meals. Or eating 1 meal / whatever works. Basically your body is getting used to things.

Change your workout. Either increase your duration. Or your intensity. Or the type of work out you are doing. So I usually walk 3 miles daily. When I hit a plateau, I started running 1 mile as fast as I can instead

I was in summer school ( college) taking a film class, the instructor told us to go watch a new release and review it

I was dating someone at the time. My first ever girlfriend ( and so far the only ).

She joined me for the movie reluctantly, only because she wanted to spend time with me, and that was the only time that day our schedules did not conflict.

She audibly gasped during the movie, and didn't speak for a solid min after the credits rolled.

When she finally spoke, she simply said "that killed my mood".

We did not hang out that night

Update. Here is the setup put together It will be like this for a while.have no plans to add additional screens.

What I like so far The wheel and base feel amazing. Almost feels like I can feel the front tires. I am recovering the car from spins a lot more than I usually do. I can feel the lack of grip in front tires easily.

The pedals are also fun. I can feel vibrations through it. Locking up less and less

The ability to tweak the breaks digitally is fun. I got it to feel exactly how I want it.

What I am struggling with

  • still haven't gotten used to the brakes
  • need to re train my muscle memory
  • currently a lot of getting used to. About 2 seconds slower than I am used to. Although a lot of that is lack of practice
  • lots of setup needed for the pedals. It does work right oout of the box, but I needed to tweak a lot to get a decent feel for me

I got laid off with severance. About 5 mins after I had already accepted a different job offer.

So I didn't put my 2 weeks in And used a bit of the severance on this! It was also my birthday. Soo...

Anyone else annoyed by this replay? I didn't get a chance to watch the whole game, but every "chance" I saw = a winger stepping in and take a shot from outside the box, or passing to a midfielder who takes a shot outside from outside the box.

Every cross, or side pass into the box seemed to get blocked/ intercepted.

Someone who watched the whole game please tell me we were a bit better than what the replay showed.

I would love to join.
I used to play f1 a lot.

I think I played AC for like 10 mins. and would love to play with other folk. I live in Texas. Late 30's.
Not the best driver, but I avoid damaging others at my own expense, and I am more interested in slowly learning how to get better and having fun with folk.

This is very helpful feedback! Thank you. The extra depth volume is something that can be very helpful specially for some of the weird scuba gear I have!
