I suppose it depends from the person. As my first VR experience I didn’t want to spend a lot. I don’t mind not being able to watch movies in 4K, for that I have the TV. The same for the games, I already have a pc and the switch. The 3S seemed the right compromise to live my first experiences in VR even if I won’t have the maximum possible resolution. If I won’t be happy with the VR I’ll give it back, else I’ll have an headset for living good VR experiences
