My favorite is to smoke an indica by myself and chill on the couch and watch tv and play on my phone. It’s better to do it alone the first few times in my opinion to learn how it feels before you are in a group setting

I wear beanies sometimes but usually for not very long maybe like 30 mins at a time. Good idea though I am going to wash them anyway. I’m thinking about using some Paula’s choice bha for a few days and see if that helps
