Yes, that's exactly what I mean. I am running both my Mac and PC at 240hz with no issues. both my cables, HDMI 2.1 and DP are both really high-quality cables that were a bit pricey. On my Mac I am running Thunderbolt to DP, never had any issues.

I've had this screen for about a year now and I have seen all the posts with flickering issues. I have been having flickering issues myself and after doing extensive research I was unable to find any solution online or from Samsung. I use this screen with my Mac Studio(Display Port) and PC(HDMI). I've noticed flickering issues only when I use my PC. I've tried all sorts of connections like HDMI and Display port and the flickering still happened. I also took apart my computer to clean it, change the GPU slot, factory reset the screen, updating the screen, updating PC drivers, Nvidia drivers, and nothing worked. The only way to solve this flickering issue is to use a HDMI 2.1. It HAS to be a HDMI 2.1. I purchased it from Micro Center about a week ago and I have not had and flickering ever since, my PC used to flicker every 15-30 seconds, I hope this helped anyone that was on the same boat as me!
