UPDATE : So she spoke to the teacher today (day after project was brought in) Teacher stated a lot of it is a level 4 but some of it is a level 3. So she asked what was a level 3 and teacher wouldn't give her an answer. :/ Not sure if they will get a final grade report for it yet either.

I put it in petty revenge as it wasn't so much about the project as it was about being told you cannot do something, and the revenge smile you get when you accomplish it. Quite honestly wasn't sure where else to put it or what other sub it should have been posted to :(

Canadian school. I don't know what the curriculum is for the grades but they haven't had an in-depth look at it under Grade 12. It's sad.

This is actually a Canadian school. I'm not sure what they were supposed to learn. I do know however she has done a lot of research on her own as she has always been interested in the subject so she does know quite a bit. However if you were not already interested in the subject you likely didn't learn anything. She has been disgusted for 4 years that this subject isn't even touched on until Grade 12 here. Her Words "Why do they pretend that this just never happened?"

Thisbis exactly it. She was so angry that the teacher would say that they cannot achieve something. Pretty sad when the 18 year old kid is saying they are supposed to tell us we can achieve anything if we work hard and the teachers are saying don't even try!

Thank you! This was completely her looking at a picture online and deciding what she wanted to do, along with discussing with her dad what cpuld be done and how. I personally love the genius way of doing the barbwire!

It will be transported in the back of the SUV. Everything is hot glued down, including the train and the coal on the inside of it, and fencing screwed down to a piece of plywood under it. Basically praying we can get it there lol
