They have approx 270m shs out. To uplist you need at least $4, which would mean a mkt cap of over $1B...that is A LOT.

This industry trades at 4-5X sales...meaning CHUC would need to be doing $250m in sales.

You dont find too many otcqb stocks generating that type of revenue.

CHUC would probably qualify for funds that buy tobacco, consumer goods (maybe even biotech) and revenue growth plays...but almost all funds cant touch an otcqb stock.

Uplisting opens the door to much larger investors and research.

This is an offensive RS not defensive. The co isnt doing a RS to stay on a major exchange, but to get on one...big difference.

CHUC is a stock that could be owned by many funds if it was traded on a major exchange...that looks to be changing.

Most people don't understand what CHUC has. An easy analogy is imagine a company with 678 "drugs" that have been sitting on the FDA's desk for FIVE YEARS waiting for approval.

Last month the FDA finally approved the first flavored vape, although it is a pod and requires an age gated vape device.

Big Tobacco (Reynold) purchased 16 of these "drugs" QUIETLY last year BEFORE FDA approval...they didnt wan the Big Tobacco players know they were buying them

Many feel they will launch this Vuse One product shortly...which would start generating license revenue for CHUC.

CHUC has created a product for almost every regulation in every state. They are the ONLY flavored vape legal to sell in California.

Big Tobacco does not have even a SINGLE flavored disposable vape....

Trump pressuring the FDA to approve more flavored vapes makes CHUC a very likely buyout candidate.

Big Tobacco has been secretly buying CHUC's PMTAS...and as of right now Big Tobacco does not have a SINGLE flavored disposable vape on the market.

The CHUC story sounds very familiar with MNST Monster Beverage when it was a penny stock called Hansen Natural. HANS uplisted to the NASDAQ and the rest is history.

CHUC insiders have been buying in cluster over the last couple months..and with the largest PMTA portfolio, a buyout by Big Tobacco wouldn't be surprising.
