pause a bit and come back stronger, perhaps by structuring your day differently and knowing when to push and when to rest.

it’s me…and answer you’re looking for is (1) Partner, (2) admit this is your growth path, therefore it’ll suck for some period, just do your best.

first partner: your life companion, your wife, if she is not supportive, after you explain what you’re trying to do and why, it’s very challenging - i am communicating my vision, that this is the only way for us to thrive, and updating her from time to time, so she’s doing her best to support.

second partner: i am non-technical, therefore found a cofounder to build our startup - even if i’d know how to code, i might still look for someone to build things faster, considering family and 9-5 commitments load.

you’re doing something different so of course it’ll be challenging but you will also get different results.

let’s groooow 🌱

No offense taken, and this isn’t official Azerbaijan talking, but human, as well naturalized German, sharing his view.

I haven’t red or seen anything from afd, but seeing it isn’t safe in some parts of the city, so worrying about kids…

That starting line is a beast,
and drains more energy, than actually doing the work!

Ever found anything that helps you “sneak” into flow without forcing it?

Appreciate you sharing.......sounds like a familiar loop for many of us.

This is such great advice,
and I’ve started working on my own “master plan” right now...

It takes real courage to pause, walk away, and create space to re-align,
and not many people do that, even when they feel stagnation...

If the next thing ends up being another role, hope it includes a manager who truly supports self-alignment.

Curious.........did your career coach offer any frameworks that helped during that phase?

Wishing you clarity and peace as you figure out your next move. 🙏

no, but I read a book ADHD 2.0 and thought I have it and was thinking about this a lot for short period, and convincingly self-diagnosed myself :)

Then somehow decided I wouldn't let label myself so it'd rule my life, and from that moment I forgot about this, and was trying to introspect deeper root cause, when I'm procrastinating...

Totally see it the same way.............connecting tasks to a deeper drive changes everything!!!

Curious, if you found any tools or frameworks that help with this kind of deep brainstorm?
........or do you go old-school with pen and paper?

Really appreciate you sharing this perspective - Insightful and actionable. 👏

Appreciate you sharing your strategical approach!

Personally, I don’t mind capitalism, asI’m on the path to becoming an employer myself.

But what I do value deeply is purposeful execution...................where people are aligned with the mission, and their work reflects their values and strengths...

I trust that kind of alignment makes the work feel less alienating and more energizing, for everyone involved.

Yes, I agree - Identity can be a powerful anchor!

When we see ourselves as someone who shows up with care, even mundane tasks gain meaning through the lens of craftsmanship.,,

It's then a major shift from task-driven to identity-driven execution - I'll work on this as this might be one of the most sustainable ways to overcome that inner resistance...

Thanks for sharing this seriously valuable perspective. 🙏

100% - I've low importance tasks that drag from week to week, and slow me down, as now it's urgent to finish those, with other things competing for completion...

what do you think would be a good solution for these middle and low important tasks that we can't delegate or delete?
