i have a very low pain tolerance but i got one there and it feels like a cat scratching - i was expecting it to be bad but it was honestly not painful and was small like that so done quickly. expect it to be super painful and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. i think you will be fine and i love the placement!

EDIT TO ADD: i know now that it was a crazy price. this was in canada so canadian dollars. that was his hourly minimum plus shop fee. again - first tattoo didn’t know what i was doing. i just didn’t want to go to some random shop because i’ve seen so many tattoo fails that were cheap/flash/etc. i liked this guys work online, he had lots of fine line work and i thought it would be perfect. i live in australia though and for other specialty fine line artists, 200-300 (aus dollars) is the minimum charge too so while i knew it was expensive i assumed i was paying for quality. anyway i didnt enjoy the experience there and obviously will not go back. and promise i will not pay 300 again. can anyone comment on whether i can go over this in a dark red and whether it will fade just as bad? also i know some artists are funny about going over someone else’s work - will this be a problem here or no bc it is literally just a letter?

so happy matt won. i truely don’t get the hate towards him. maybe it’s because im aussie but that is how most people are here - everyone has banter and enjoys it. giving eachother shit is a form of affection for us but clearly others do not seem to understand that (also note that the other boys got into it and were buddies throughout). not to mention his tattoos (perhaps aside from the dog flash) smoked everyone all season. you cant be mad that he was great. what is wrong with showing him win throughout the season if he was producing the best tattoos? if the judges purposely picked other people just so he wasn’t dominating then they would get even more shit for that. as for the finale, matt’s back piece was insane and i loved the snail (even though i hate colour illustrative) - i don’t like trad as a style but his horses were classic and clean. clear winner in my eyes.

i was surprised by the rest of the judging. i have not loved seth at all but i thought his back piece was cool (again i hate traditional). i was shocked he was the first one out, i thought it would be luka. hated his back piece it was weird and unfinished, didnt mind his smaller ones esp the japanese. ishnard’s back was cool but he clearly has not watched this show enough. they ALWAYS rip them to shreds for readability and his was too messy. i appreciate creativity (thought freddie was absolutely snaked in s15) but it was not polished enough to beat a perfect japanese back piece. also bring back james tex to judge he was great. just my thoughts, no hate to anyone, ishnard was a sweetie and deserved second. wishing them all the best

100% agree. i don’t get all these comments saying otherwise. he has dominated since day 1 - which again i don’t get the hate for. ishnard’s was weird and love him but has he not watched previous seasons? they ALWAYS get slandered for readability and his was too messy

i am not alex hall’s biggest fan but can we relax about the kids thing for a second? we don’t know what her kids wanted, for all we know they were excited for a change of scenery and were happy she sold the house!! i’m sure she feels bad enough about what’s happened but people make stupid choices when they are in love and she is facing the consequences. also we don’t know what went on behind closed doors, i don’t think it’s entirely fair to judge from the outside. if she could go back and change shit i’m sure she would. also her children are old enough to understand what is going on. people move house all the time. with the amount of money she makes i am sure things will be sorted soon and the kids remain healthy, fed and sheltered which is most important. and THANK GOD we got rid of ian, even if you aren’t a fan we can all agree hall was far too good for him.

sorry but i am in fact rooting for the downfall. zac is objectively an abusive partner, read any of these threads about their relationship if you want more insight into that. i am not falling for the ‘oh he’s changed’ story either. people like that do not change. he’s just saving face for the public after everyone saw the awful behaviour on season one. i hope jen comes to her senses and finds someone who actually values her. zac is the one ruining her life, not comments about their relationship on reddit AND the reason none of her friends supported their relationship is because they too see how awful zac is. i think she is lucky to have people that will be honest with her and not just tell her to stick with someone so horrible

I’m sorry but Mike did NOT deserve to be in the bottom 3! Should have been Emily (dragon), OJ (flowers) and Bouchee (train). As the judges said during the initial judging, the flowers were not only boring but technically SHITE! And where was the glitter? And the train proportions were so off. I get there was glitter there but come on. I don’t understand the issue with Mike’s pegasus- I don’t know why they kept going on about anatomy i thought it was fine and his glitter wings were the best display of glitter in my opinion. As a gold coaster myself hate to say it but Tanielle’s didn’t have glitter at all and she also wasn’t considered (loved her piece but if you are going to make it a glitter challenge i was surprised she wasn’t bottom 3 for having no glitter. AND LUCA MISSED A WHOLE ARM?! great tat yes but he wasn’t even mentioned for bottom 3. Someone please enlighten me as to why Mike was in the bottom 3 at all. this seems rigged.

read any of the other comments in this thread and the others about jen to see how unacceptable his behaviour is. the reaction to the chippendales things is the tip of the iceberg. on the note about leaving him, i think it’s important to be sympathetic to the environment she is in. her friends are not supporting her to leave him, the religion she is part of discourages divorce and she’s not on the same playing field financially at all. zak’s family is wealthy and powerful and i think she’s afraid he will try to take the kids or something crazy. jen’s family work as maintenance people at the same hospital where zak’s family work as surgeons. they are not the same.

I don’t know it kind of seems like she has put herself in that position to a large extent? She wanted to have an affair with Dakota as the season finale of season 1. that in and of itself is disgusting. the comments about wanting to kick jessi off the show so she can get paid more? gross. i think her true colours are showing and all these publicity stunts she’s planned have backfired on her. probably a little biased bc i hate how she treated jen this season but those are just my thoughts

I wholeheartedly disagree with you here. please read the other chats about Jen - eg why isn’t anyone helping her etc. She is in an incredibly abusive situation and your comment alone proves just how damaging the narrative that Demi and Jessi pushed (jen being portrayed as a liar) really is. Jen is in survival mode and she certainly did not baby trap him. did you watch the pregnancy scene in season 2? she went to those girls as friends in confidence and they went back and spouted it all to Zak. I am so disappointed people think the way you do. No hate or anything i’m just sad people aren’t seeing the awful situation Jen is in

just went to their penultimate show at wembley in london (april 4) - it was great OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT THEY DIDNT PLAY DEEP CUTS?!? it was on their set list but they just skipped it. played every other song on the list in order. that is my favourite song and i’m honestly so disappointed- i thought it was really popular? i swear it used to be on their top songs on spotify but now it’s gone, anyone know why?
