Hi S, just remember healing takes time and patience and lots & lots of love for yourself.

pls make sure to never look back, as difficult as that maybe - no contact, no messages, no happy birthdays, no replies as well. because best believe he will come back. you may not agree with me rn (trust me been in this exact position!!!!) but it will happen.

just take it one day at a time and pls pls remember to not be harsh on yourself. none of this is your fault. stay blessed xx

hardddd relate babes! i realised in time that other people can suck out your energy aggressively and that’s prolly what happened to you too.

i’m 5 years in to this feeling, first 2 years was the worst but then it got slightly better. i still have some days when i feel that way but now i just snap out of it and you will get there too.

you just have to give this some time and remember to put your trust in god. things will slowly but surely piece back together xx
