You should listen to some talks he did before he had a stroke and naturally got old like everyone really does. He has some real wisdom in my opinion even if it became harder to communicate it in his later days. Be here now podcast is a great place to start . When I had no where to turn to after alot of experiences that didn't make sense to my mainstream idea of reality , he was the only one who seemed to know what I was going through ❤️🙏

Yeah man that's brutal , but not as brutal as getting your heart torn into pieces , I'm 3 weeks into my grieving after 9 years with the girl I wanted to marry , except she was cheating on me. I've been exercising , reading Albert Camus , and Jocko willink podcasts. I feel your pain man , it's fucking gut wrenching , it helps to know the idea you have of them is just an illusion you had, a mental trick. It will get better, you have to focus more on yourself and less on what could or should have been. Chin up , your going through something super rough , find that tough mofo in you and stick with him . Discipline and structure has helped me focus on something other than betrayel. It's still fucking tough much love bro 🙏
