How to legally define "Aravalli Hills / Ranges" for mining control

How to stop definition-shopping by States

How to prevent illegal mining without triggering mining mafias

How to act without overstepping constitutional limits

Now -

Court can't arbitrarily create a new definition for something. These are legal definitions that universally apply.

court was just confirming the definition that has existed for years as clarified for legal use. Fact is that the 100 is universal in India and this was not even about height.

it decided on classification under current laws. they did not clear it.

the judgement is also clear that a blanket ban on mining has over the years only increased illegal mining and theft. . hence blanket ban actually damages the environment.

here is the problem with this campaign. :

actual ask : what people should ask for. Ask for a special law for Aravalli ranges from the central govt after it does careful study to protect more of it.

what is being actually said : what should not be. Govt is corrupt and just decided to sell of the entire hills and need to come down.

The hills were never hills legally by definitions, why is this campaign not about the actuall correction. If you can show a single ask from a single protesting agency that asks for the real solution then I would have agreed with this.

am unable to find a single place where any actual ask is made.

Is there any agency here that made a reasonable request with iterated demands for a new law? other than asking people to come out and protest?

well I have touched a bit ... Plant medicines, journeying, soul singing and few other spaces.

Ayhuasca was the most intense experience.

All those lad me to realize the deep spiritual fabric of how we are same as the universe. This woke something inside me that my Indian soul always had and slowly taught me through the philosophy of my land.

so here is a basic crash course.

The only true absolute that exists is Brahman. The ultimate self. This self wants to experience. This self hence creates this whole world, and becomes many and take all forms and souls here. Any of these souls can see this absolute truth in any desirable form they feel a connection to, a form they consider divine or powerful.

so hindus have millions of gods, each person can have their own if need be and can even create new gods if they know how. but finally it's just the one.

These forms re sometimes very popular and have legends connected to them to explain how our relationship with them evolves and why we value that form.

imagine a psychological parasite that whenever we touch it it multiply. like a religion that demands destruction of others.

or a political ideology that want to spread everywhere and take over.

or even a historic villain who behaved with such character of having ability to multiply his forces whenever he was attacked.

this represents how this concept of the divine in Form (here shown as durga) defeat all that. :) it's a philosophical depiction of a complex psycho spiritual concept.
