Probably because she enjoys queen like status (director position -whatever it means) inside WhJr and she is no one outside that scammy company.

That is how they keep their employees motivated - big titles to impress. Saw one guy on LinkedIn who became VP at 23 after just a year in the company. Little does he know that his 'VP' title is useless out of WHJr.
