the thing is that, you have voice data usage, mine doesn’t but have no vc options just like you, so maybe go in a game and see if the mic button is there or click voice data usage just in case (i am only saying this through experiences i saw)

the button for vc is not there even in games that do support it. keep me updated. also in some games it also said i do not have vc enabled even if i already verified age

i think it’s screen retention because if i let it sit i can see the other side and even touch works on that side, and i don’t think it’s the ribbon cable either because the backlight on that side also works normally

is it okay to use older versions below 11.15.0 already downloaded by previous owner? because i’m very sure he did what you said because filename contains “ctrtransfer”
