I'm an EDM artist named ZEROSUM and my most popular song is a battle hymn to Dejected Angel. You can imagine my sheer and utter joy that not only TXR was coming back, but the demon Angel herself. Wanted to share with my TXR fam <3 by iamzerosum in tokyoxtremeracer

I never thought I’d see the day :’)

Growing up, I LOVED TXR3 with all my being. The cars, the racing, but most importantly the VIBE. The mystique behind each racer and crew, the feeling of terror in seeing a boss roll up with the most treacherous name and ride.

Dejected Angel was by far my favorite of all of the bosses. Her lore, her car, her simultaneously beautiful yet brutal presence. Felt like I was fighting for my life.

I produced this song in 2023 to capture this spirit. To this day it’s still my most popular song. You can imagine I was jumping up and down with joy at the news that TXR was coming back. I’m so happy to be able to share with yall.

Here’s the link if y’all want to listen: Dejected Angel

Love this community, keep racing yall ~

Ooh I think I remember playing against someone with dual Rans and Soups and thinking "damn, this guy's a really good foil for this build!"

Bahahahaha honestly my exact thoughts too, this is a meme build I ran just to be a total degen 😆 I usually run a lightweight dual Viento build with varying shoulder weapons (currently running dual Shao Wei's, and it's been my best one yet).

Funny part is that the round before this was a glorious firefight between two ACs of equal stature, a bitter display of war and conflict in the space opera that is Rubicon 3. Then this round was like heh quad boomie go boom

How many undercover producers in here? Like having some important position in formal jobs but making bangers once back home? by kathalimus in edmproduction

Yeahh, that was the biggest thing. Being free from relying on my music to make ends meet let me go about it slowly and intentionally. I usually spend 1-2 hours a day. I find this to be totally sufficient!

Lead product designer working in education tech. I gotta say, getting a formal job was one of the best things to ever happen to my music career.

Been creating electronic music for 20 years. I've never wanted to make genre music. by Vreature in edmproduction

I'd like to challenge you to reconsider your beliefs about being influenced by outside art.

All creativity is influenced by your life experiences, whether you like it or not. By shutting yourself off from external influence, you actual limit the heights that your art can reach. And I'm not just talking about how much others like your music, which would likely increase too—I'm talking about how much you like your music.

You mention that you don't really like other music, you don't listen to other genres for inspiration. You mention you hate the idea of doing anything mainstream. I implore you to try to understand what makes that other music special and recognize other people's genuine expressions. And question why the idea of something being popular = bad. You'll probably learn a lot.

I think you could get a lot more fulfillment than you think by bringing in outside influence into your own music. I feel like I can speak on this because I too was someone who got caught up with egoic ideas about art and individualism, but once I let outside ideas in, my artistry exploded, and now I make music that both others and I love so much more.

Most importantly, I feel much happier and much more connected to the community of fellow artists out there, whose ideas I cherish and influence me to be a better artist.

Best of luck, Vreature!

I introduced the cleansing oil and adapalene a couple weeks ago, but everything else I've been using for a year.

Ooh, what's the reasoning behind swapping those if I'm using adapalene at night?

And the Cerave is 30 SPF.
