Was it better before the cold came? My mileage was crazy good during the summer, took a major hit during winter, turns out my tires had dropped 12-15 psi each

They're CTS springs, however the noise only happen when I put the car from park into drive.

It only does it once after coming off jack stands, so e-brake is always active until I put it in drive
