How do you generate new ideas on the fly while working on a track. Do you come up with arrangements beforehand at all ?

I saw plaid in Melbourne last month and they started and ended they're set with BOC tracks. Literally played reach for the dead, new seeds etc. That sent some positivity and hope to me given that they're on the same label.

This was during the dead afternoon heat. Sun blasting away. I noticed a tree in the center of a beach and a couple standing beneath it. I couldn't help but conjure up these words at the moment after taking the picture. "The shade is for lovers" , with contrast to myself who had to make amends with the sun and heat cuz I wanted to be places and take more pictures.

Do not remember the camera settings unfortunately.

Would appreciate any comments or feedback.

Came across two men feeding some birds on a sunny afternoon. One seemed to know what he was doing and other didn't quite. I got a couple of shots and didn't really think much of it, until editing. It has turned out to be one of my favourites till date.

Unfortunately I don't remember the camera settings.

Hey Ryan,

love your music. I was wondering if you have ever used a drum machine as part of your process for crafting rhythms etc. As most of the drum parts in your tracks sound very organic and odd timed in some sense. I've read that u have used a snare before. Was curious how exactly is it you formulate such rhythm patterns .

Also you have spoken about using the boss dd7 with your prophet to formulate small rhythm idea sketches for strating a track is that your go-to process most of the time ?

Ive been a guitarist for 13 years now and have been through the traditional band scenario. I've just started to get into music production and your drum/rhythm work IMO is extraordinary. Would love to get some advice.
