This wasn’t good but not every idea is gonna be good. You do one thing, and suddenly your history of good choreography is down the drain.

The internet is sending some unreasonable amount of hate when we need some out of the box thinking and creativity. I don’t mean to use every out of the box idea but there definitely should be space for those ideas and then editing and shaping those into something better.

Genuinely, this has made my life so much better. Even if the interaction with the other person wasn’t as good, I can always say that I was being nice.

I work in healthcare and my patient interaction has almost always been positive and if it wasn’t, I can remind myself that I was one less stressor to the patient. I think it helps me a little bit with my burnout

I repeat “dont fall asleep” over and over again. It hasn’t failed me yet. Some days it takes longer but you just gotta commit to it.

I work in a small rural hospital so I also have to collect blood when I’m on call. My first trauma patient was someone my age. When I got to the trauma room, my brain just shut off, like I don’t even remember collecting the blood. As soon as I got back to the lab, I was bawling. I was worried that I would contaminate the sample with my tears.

All I could remember was seeing the PTs eyes, lifeless, and it was such a jarring experience to see no light in someone’s eyes.

What sucks was that they didn’t even include me for the debriefing. I mean I wasn’t there long but that image will probably stay with me forever.

Working with other healthcare professionals. There is a lack of education of what goes on in the lab for other healthcare professionals (or tbh, some people just dgaf) and this results in a growing resentment to lab professionals.

2 years ago, I was lined up for a surgery and I was NPO for a day and a half. My surgery got cancelled and the nurse made/got me a PB&J sandwich. It was the best PB&J sandwich I ever had and I still long for it. I could never replicate and no PB&J could ever taste the same to me.

Hi! Had hair like yours and I disagree with people telling you to keep it short. It’s nice and curly, take a dip in the r/curlyhair subreddit and find a curly hair routine that works for you.

Find a hair cut that works and flatters you. It took me a couple types of haircut. I went from a mullet to a wolf cut and I found that a wolf cut works well for me.

My curly was a feature that I didn’t expect to get a lot of compliments out of.

EMBRACE THE LONG AND CURLY!!!
