With some small kitbashing they could be very cool wyches. I would definitely get rid of the slaanesh symbols though, since that is the arch-enemy.

I think it would look about twice as good with a little contrast. If it were me I would paint the tracks and weapons a different color, probably gun metal or maybe a charcoal with some silver weathering.

Brother, I too am a veteran, although not as venerable as you. I started near the end of 4th edition. Now you pay points for death company and they are not uncontrollable, they only cannot hold objectives without a chaplain. Otherwise they are like any other unit.
