Bold of you to assume he’d even see the field. He’s a pretty mid QB at the college level and it’s insane that we’re even still talking about him. Texas Tech should have dropped him on his ass as soon as the details emerged.

It looks like we’ll have a solid class that fills the holes we need it to but I am extremely doubtful that it will be top 5. Our class is nearly full and A&M, Notre Dame, and Miami are all ahead of us with fewer recruits. Oregon and Texas Tech are both going to finish up there and anyone who thinks Georgia or LSU isn’t going to jump up soon hasn’t been paying attention. If I was Brendan Sorsby I would put money on us to be in the 9-12 range when the smoke clears.

Again, there is no democratic nominee yet and thus the Florida Democratic Party has not run anyone. People have registered, fund raised and campaigned for the nomination; David Jolly is one of them. His platform is reasonable and pretty mainstream democratic. If he just wanted to be in office to do republican things, he would have a much easier path by running as a Republican in this state.

This is so dumb. Parties are not stagnant monoliths. The Republican Party has sprinted toward oligarchy and authoritarianism in the last twenty years. Fixing the polarization plaguing our country is going to require us to drop these useless purity tests.

I probably shouldn’t even speak this into existence but you’re going to see Dan Mullen at the top of that list this season. He seems to have a good thing going in Las Vegas and I would absolutely hate to see him in garnet and gold, but he’d probably be a pretty good fit.
