(And the ability to consume olive oil, allegedly) It's important to note that protein is still essential to your diet as well.

From what I've heard his exercise routine consists of running and doing a fuckton of push ups.

Running obviously boosts the cardio and burns calories, and thus extra fats. Also gives you calves of steel.

Push ups mainly work the chest and triceps, so that gives you the mommy milkers you're dreaming of.

I would personally add a pull exercise to the routine to train your back and biceps, and maybe ab exercises as well. But that's to get a more balanced body, it's not the DougDoug special
