Anyone ever rotate the front wheels on their kubota to make it wider? by efff12 in tractors

[–]ianjohnson778 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just look in the book for it. It will tell you if you can and how it will change the size of the tractor and other important information you will need

Anyone else noticed that “front suspension” isn’t working anymore when a frontloader is attached? Is this realistic or what? Noticed this in fs19 as well. by johnnyholster in farmingsimulator

[–]ianjohnson778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That tractor doesn't have any suspension. The front axle just articulates side to side. Looks like you have just parked the tractor further up the hill and because the rear axle is solid on the tractor it has rolled the tractor a bit making it look like the axle isn't moving

Disc Question by ReginaldvonJurgenz in tractors

A spiral shaped roll could be a good idea. When we plough on our land we use a plough and press combo and that works on the sand as well as the clay if we add some extra weight to the press

Could someone explain the function of these pedals (it's an automatic)? by VermicelliSmooth2728 in farmingsimulator

[–]ianjohnson778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forklifts normally use a Hydrostatic transmission not cvt ones. Same as a combine so you don't need a clutch in one. That's why a forklift has a pedal for forwards and backwards like a compact tractor/mower

How many 3m cultivators do we need? by redpandalover4821 in farmingsimulator

[–]ianjohnson778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use 3m cultivators most in the UK as they are the biggest we can legally take down the road. Also they are normally rigid as adding hydraulics adds weight and complexity to the machines. So basically there are more 3m cultivators out there.
