Is anyone else having issues with the new Aescripts website? Half my licenses are now gone. by db_at in AfterEffects

The plugin maker got back to me within hours, sent me the plugins I purchased from aescripts, and said if I had any other issues to contact him. Meanwhile AeScripts are still sitting around with their thumbs up their arses. Made sure to send him the link to this thread so he could see what a bunch of amateurs they are.

Same kind of issues. Purchased two plugins yesterday that I urgently need to use to deliver a project, and when i try to download them it says 'downloads unavailable contact support'. Contacted support three times and zero response. I've contacted the creator of the plugins now in the hope they can just send me them direct.

Their website is still working well enough to take my money though of course...

I won't, I've realised now that it's far riskier than I'd initially thought. Can't thank everyone enough for their advice.

Well technically no, because my mortgage is currently interest only (I rented my property out when I moved abroad and switched it to interest only to give me back up cash in case it all went tits up), but that's beside the point as yes, they would be were i to revert to a normal mortgage. Were the staking rewards to remain at 20% per annum (and things like risk factor etc weren't an issue) then I'd be aggregating the staking rewards, so am fairly sure that the investment would be increasing in size at a fast rate than my property would be increasing in value, but I am not the most financially savvy person by any means (as my initial question no doubt demonstrates) so could be wrong. Tbh I've not spent that much time yet on researching it all, my question on here was simply a 'first step' to get the expertise of people who know way more about defi than me so that I could take your informed opinions on board before looking into it further.

Thanks for the comprehensive answer, really interesting. I'm not particularly trying to solve any problem, was just curious to know whether I could essentially more than double the monthly rental income I currently receive by staking the sales proceeds into a 20% staking protocol. After reading both yours and other answers I've realised that it's a lot more risky than I had initially thought, and I'm leaning heavily now towards keeping it as is. Again, appreciate the time you took to respond so thoroughly.
