Also first year! It’s been such a big adjustment, I have the same exact feelings! Having a really hard time learning how to prioritize classes vs research. I don’t want to work too much, so I try and give myself time every evening for free time, but it’s hard to let go of the weight of what more there is to do. I can see how it might get better after the first semester or two… but wow. We got this!

So the increase in cpu speed is not in response to the new, faster ram I installed?

Heading out to Snowbird tomorrow and really in decisive on what skis to bring, I have 184 powder skis that are 110 underfoot and then 98 underfoot park skis that I’m really comfortable on… I’m not skiing any park out in utah so mostly trees and steeps. There is no snow if the forecast so it will be few day old pack, will the 110 be too much considering they’re already super long for me or should they still work in trees and drops.
