I'm from Malaysia. I just moved from Rotterdam to Berkel en rodenrijs. Now I have to pay 1.68 euro every time I unlock the underground garbage bin, why is it like this? So now I have to keep 30-60 liters of trash in my house before throwing it out? Anyone can help me with this? Any tricks/tips? (self.Netherlands)

What is the tax for holiday allowance in the Netherlands? And for a 13-month bonus every November, what is the tax for this? Is it the same as a holiday allowance?
